When is the Fair? The Arizona Game Fair 2019 will be held March 29, 30, 31, 2019.

What is the Arizona Game Fair? The Arizona Game Fair is a tabletop gaming convention held at the first of the year. We are now planning our third year. With over 24,000 square feet of tabletop gaming, the Fair also provides vendors, scheduled gaming, game industry guests, tournaments. A large library of board and card games will be available to check out.

What games will there be?  Our goal is to provide a place where people can feel comfortable playing the tabletop games that most make them happy. Our open gaming area is available just for this. You can use the tables to play board games, card games, dexterity games, miniatures, RPGs and such. We will also provide a variety of scheduled gaming for you to sign up and try. Our library of games will be mostly be board games of various kinds. The list can be found here.

Where is it?  The Fair will be held at the Mesa Convention Center. The address is 263 N Center St, Mesa, AZ 85201. The convention center has several buildings. Each building has a letter on the side. This year we will be ocuppying the A and B buildings.

Is the parking free? Yes. There is free parking at the Mesa Convention Center. Parking is first come, first serve. Parking maps will be provided as we get closer to the event.

How do I attend?  There are several ways to attend. Badges are available for purchase for the full event. We also have day badges for those who can’t attend all 3 days. Badges are also available for volunteers, panelists and people running games.

How much does it cost? Early bird full badges are $45. Day badges are $20 for Friday and Saturday, and $15 for Sunday.

Where can I buy badges? Register online on Eventbrite.

Can I buy badges at the event? Yes. Badges will be available at the event.

What are the hours of the event? Event hours for 2019 are not set yet.

Will there be late night gaming? Events for 2019 have not been set yet.

Can I volunteer? Yes. We are always in need of volunteers to help run the Fair. We need people to help with registration, library checkout, information booths and other areas. An application is available on this site.

Can I bring my own games? Yes. Our open gaming area is the perfect place to bring your own games to play. You can also coordinate your games on this geeklist on

How do I use the game library? The game library is located in the A building. Games can be checked out during the Fair by filling out a checkout form and providing an ID.

Will there be vendors? Yes. There will be vendors and exhibitors. The main vendor hall will be located in the B building across from the theater. There will also be some vendors in the open gaming area. A full list of vendors will be published on this site as we get closer to Feb.

What are the vendor hours? Coming soon.

How do I become a vendor? Vendor information details for 2019 will be posted soon. Until then Contact us.

How do I submit games for the scheduled gaming? The submissions for 2019 will open as we get closer to the event.

Can I run a tournament or special event?  Yes. Contact us so that we can coordinate with you on the space and promotion.

Will there be a flea market?  Yes. The flea market information will be available as we get closer to the event.

Will there be a math trade? Yes. Details will be published as we get closer to the event.
