Thank you for your interest in running games and events at the Arizona Game Fair.
Please use the links below to be considered for our scheduled tables. All submissions will be considered, but selections may be limited by space. We will contact you with status of your submission after the first of the year.
Game submissions will close February 15, 2019 at 6pm.
Game schedules will be posted for sign up: March 15th, 2019 by 6pm.
Game Masters running at least:
4 hours will receive a day badge.
8 hours will receive a full event badge.
12 hours will receive 2 full event badges.
By submitting an event, you are making a commitment to attend the Arizona Game Fair and run your event. People who submit and do not show up for their scheduled events risk being banned from participating in future Arizona Game Fair events.
