Arizona Game Fair is a tabletop gaming convention that is focused on creating a safe and welcoming space for the hobby. We support diversity in tabletop gaming. By attending the event you agree to abide by these policies.

Anti-harassment Policy

Badges must be worn and visible at all times. Individuals without badges will not be allowed in convention space. Badges are non-transferable and non-replaceable. Membership badges for minors will only be released to a parent or guardian over the age of 18.

Acceptance of an Arizona Game Fair badge and admission to the convention constitutes an agreement to allow Arizona Game Fair, its agents, or assignees to use your image and/or likeness for advertising or promotion by Arizona Game Fair by any media now known or hereafter devised.

All pre-registration sales are final after March 19 before that date. All day-of sales are final at the time of purchase.

Arizona Game Fair strives to create a safe environment where all are welcome. If you are subjected to unacceptable behavior, please contact a staff member or a Green Shirt immediately. Please read our Anti-harassment Policy.

Game Library
The library is provided for the use of badge holders. All games must be returned in the same condition. Condition will be determined by us in our sole discretion, but generally means no excessive damage to boards or contents, all provided components present, and no excessive card bending, writing or other markings. Normal use is permitted. Any damage that is deemed excessive or that hinders the replay ability of the games will be your responsibility and you will be charged for a replacement. Please notify volunteer staff of any damage noted.  All games must be returned each night by the designed check in time.

Personal Games
Members are welcome to bring their personal board and card games. Arizona Game Fair and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft, of any personal belongs.

ADA working animals are allowed in the convention space. Non-ADA animals are not permitted.

Food & Drink
No outside food or drink is allowed in the convention space. Attendees found with outside food will be asked to leave the event. Water fountains are available at the Convention Center. 

Arizona Game Fair and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or injury. Members are responsible for their individual actions and any repercussions that may result. Civil or medical emergencies are to be handled directly by the proper authorities.

Minors age 12 and under
All children age twelve and under must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian who is a registered Member of Arizona Game Fair

Photography of all other aspects of the convention is allowed, as long as it does not disrupt events or the flow of traffic, and the subject does not object. Please be considerate and ask first before taking pictures of guests, other Members, or the general public. Video recording is permitted in panel rooms with permission from the speakers only.

Sleeping in Convention Areas
Do NOT sleep in the convention space or public areas.

Smoking is prohibited in all public places and places of employment within the state of Arizona. Please use designated smoking areas while attending. Vaping is NOT allowed in the building. People caught vaping will be asked to leave the event. 

Any Arizona Game Fair attendee caught in the act of shoplifting or stealing will be handed over to the authorities, have their membership revoked, and refused service into all future Arizona Game Fair events. No exceptions.

Revoking Badges
Should a badge be revoked, the owner can appeal the circumstances to the Arizona Game Fair. Criminal actions are referred to local law enforcement and will lead to immediate ejection from the convention, with no appeals allowed.

Weapons are not allowed at Arizona Game Fair. Individuals found in possession of a weapon will immediately have their badge revoked.
